Located in the heart of Marbella, Pizzeria Desidero brings together traditional Italian craftsmanship and a genuine halal menu option, so that every guest can eat properly rather than settle for whatever is left.

What makes our pizza different

The secret is in the care taken at every step, from the dough to the sauce. Our dough is made with premium flour, extra virgin olive oil and water, then left to ferment slowly until it reaches the right texture — light, airy and easy to digest.

Our halal menu option

Alongside our classic Italian menu we offer a halal option. When you request it:

• Our chefs and pizzaioli change gloves before preparing your order.
• We use only 100% certified halal meat products.

The certified halal range includes:

• Halal beef and chicken
• Turkey salami
• Smoked turkey breast
• Turkey sucuk
• Beef sucuk
• Beef pastrami

Cheeses, vegetables and everything else on your pizza stay exactly the same: mozzarella, mushrooms, sweet corn, peppers and olives.

Being clear about what we are

We want to be honest, because this matters to our guests:

Pizzeria Desidero is not an entirely halal restaurant. Our standard Italian menu includes pork charcuterie such as prosciutto and mortadella, prepared in the same kitchen. What we do offer is a certified halal option, with separate gloves and certified products, for any guest who asks for it.

We would rather explain this clearly than make a claim we cannot fully support.
